To prepare for the Wintersports Season there’s a new yoga course starting in Munich from November 9th, 2016 (in addition to the open drop-in classes on Tuesday), dedicated to get you „shred ready“!
Over 6 weeks, we will train our balancing skills (a lot!), warm up our feet, build up powder-power in our thighs and twist and strengthen our core. Juicy vinyasa-flows also work the cardiovascular system, improving your overall fitness.
Starting your season fit and well-prepared will not only let you get more out of each day on the mountain but also reduce the risk of accidents and injuries.
