From December 7th you get to stretch out after a day of riding or a stressful week every Thursday, calming body & nervous system down with some sweet slow flows & long(er) held yin yoga postures.
Yin Yoga is a very calm & inwardly focused form of yoga that works deep into the fascia and also targets the meridians from TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). A perfect treat to your body & mind in the stressful pre-Xmas season, after a day on the mountain and also to prepare for a weekend of riding, improving flexibility, focus and flow!
